Gas Tightness & Leak Testing

Full LPG soundness test on the pipework
Test carried out using calibrated equipment

Regulator, Pipework & Components

Regulator condition
Manifold and isolation taps
Gas hoses and pigtails (date, condition, cracking)
All pipework visually inspected
Bulkhead/regulator seals checked

LPG Cylinder or Underslung Tank

Cylinder/tank security
Correct ventilation around storage area
Condition of straps, fixings and locker

Appliance Operation Check

All gas appliances are checked to ensure they operate safely, including:
